Fall Horse Farm Wedding in Oregon with Elegant Boho Vibes

There’s something magical about the changing colors of the leaves and crisp autumn air that makes fall the perfect time for a wedding. Alyssa and Chris just celebrated their one-year anniversary on October 1st, so it seemed like the perfect time to share their beautiful wedding at the groom’s family’s horse farm in Creswell captured by Rich of Chard Photo.

The rustic charm of the farm provided the perfect backdrop for a wedding that is both romantic and laid-back. We loved getting to transform the horse arena on the property into an elegant wedding reception, which involved bringing in flooring, draping, lighting and rentals from Special Occasions, and it was such a blast seeing it all come together. The ceremony location was also an endeavor, with an incredible tent structure brought in as well as a plywood aisle and a stage built by the groom.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and lawn games while taking in the stunning views and mingling with friends and family. Later, they gathered in the barn for a reception that was both cozy and chic. Read on for more details from this beautiful fall day!

Can you believe this is a rented tent? When I posted this on Instagram, almost everyone thought it was a permanent structure! These are called Timbertrac Tents and locally they can be rented through Special Occasions in Corvallis if you’re hoping for a similar look.
