Full-Service planning is an all-inclusive option to guide you through the entire planning process from booking your venue to walking down the aisle. With full planning, we are the main point of contact between you and all of your vendors, managing all of the communication so you aren’t having to deal with the back and forth between 10+ vendors. 

Wedding Management is for couples who are comfortable researching, inquiring, and booking vendors on their own and handling the communication themselves, until around 6-8 weeks before the wedding day when we step in to tie up loose ends and handle all of the vendor details from that point on.

Definitely – we love planning bridal showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal or welcome dinners, and day-after brunches. We offer full wedding weekend planning services if you know you’ll need help bringing together these additional events!

Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer to lock in your date. The remaining 25% payments are spaced evenly throughout the planning process, with the final balance being due one month before the wedding day.

We have a curated list of trusted vendors that all of our couples have access to and that we highly recommend utilizing, but we’re happy to work with anyone you choose to bring your vision to life.

We service Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Northern California. We are based in Eugene, Oregon and are centrally located to service Portland, Bend, and the Oregon Coast. We love traveling wherever your love story takes us!

The sooner, the better! We book full-service clients anywhere from 12-18 months in advance. Wedding Management must be booked within 12 months of the wedding date, and somewhere between 6-12 months is ideal.
