We are a small family-owned business that is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients. We have been in the Eugene-area wedding industry for ten years and we LOVE what we do.
We've worked closely with couples from all walks of life and from all over the country to plan and coordinate their dream wedding here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. It is the ultimate privilege to be able to walk alongside couples during this incredibly exciting + emotional season of life. I cannot say thank you enough to all of our past clients who have trusted us with such a pivotal moment in their lives!

Becky, Andrew, Addy, & Emmy
Becky is the founder and CEO of Event Crush. For the past 10 years, she has been the lead planner, coordinator, and designer for all of our events. She is a dreamer with her head in the clouds and an eternal optimist. Family and Jesus are everything to her.
When she's not planning weddings + events, you can find her slowly bringing our 1970s home into the 21st century, exploring the beauty of Oregon with the family, buying houseplants, gardening, taking care of her backyard chickens, or planning the next trip to Disneyland.
Andrew is the CFO and bookkeeping pro for Event Crush. He's also the heavy lifter, delivery driver, and warehouse manager. As you can see he wears many hats around here, too -- and this business could not run without him! (I'm serious -- he is the money guy and I am terrible at math so it would be a disaster).
Andrew loves movies, Reese's peanut butter cups, a good burger, and spending time with his family. He is also an incredible tennis and volleyball player and is the king of the dad jokes.
Darcy is our amazing virtual assistant. She handles the rental proposals and most communications with our rental clients, among SO many other things.
Darcy loves Jesus, tacos, road trips, Cleveland sports (for better or worse), laughing at the latest GIFs, meeting new people, and spending time with family, especially her niece and nephew.
She works as a virtual assistant and wedding planner based in Columbus, Ohio (we wish she was here with us in the PNW, but we'll take what we can get!).
Callee joined the team this year and we are so excited to have her as a lead wedding planner! Callee is originally from the Salem area, but she spent the last year traveling across Europe and living in the midwest before that.
She has owned multiple businesses including a plant shop on wheels and she still runs a natural + vegan soap company. We can't wait to see all that she brings to the table for Event Crush!
