Since 2012, the Event Crush team has worked closely with couples from all walks of life and from all over the country (and the world!) to plan and coordinate their dream weddings here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. It is the ultimate privilege to walk alongside couples during this incredibly exciting and emotional season of life. We cannot say thank you enough to all of our current, past, and future clients for trusting us with such a pivotal moment in their lives!
Founded by Becky Hart, Event Crush is the culmination of a true passion for weddings and a desire to serve others. Since that very first wedding in 2012, Becky's love of weddings and events is stronger than ever and she still pinches herself that she gets to do this for a living!
The team is proud to offer additional services outside of designing and planning unforgettable weddings. Event Crush also collaborate with local nonprofits, corporations, and small businesses to create exceptional events, including fundraisers, milestone celebrations, and galas.

Becky
Owner + CEO
Becky is the founder and CEO of Event Crush. She is dreamer with her head in the clouds, an eternal optimist, and a recovering people pleaser. She is almost always dreaming up another business idea! Aside from running Event Crush, family and Jesus are everything to Becky.
When she's not planning weddings and events, you can find her slowly bringing her family's 1970s home into the 21st century, exploring the beauty of Oregon with her husband and two daughters, gardening, taking care of her puppy and backyard chickens, or planning the next family trip to Disneyland.
Darcy
Virtual Assistant
Darcy has been with us since 2021, and she handles several behind the scenes aspects of Event Crush including preparing blog posts, SEO, client portal creation, research, & more.
Darcy loves Jesus, tacos, road trips, Cleveland sports (for better or worse), laughing at the latest GIFs, and meeting new people. She loves spending time with family, especially her niece and nephew. She is based in Columbus, Ohio, but we SO wish she was here with us in the PNW!
Melissa
Lead Wedding Planner
Melissa has been passionately producing large events since she was 13 years old when she became the stage manager for a local community theater production of The Music Man.
Her foray into wedding planning started in college, helping friends and family with their weddings. She's excited to be joining the amazing team at Event Crush!
In her free time, Melissa enjoys snuggling with her dog Major Payne, paddle boarding, playing softball, and still loves a good musical theater show.
