In the wedding industry, repeat business isn’t all that common (and for a reason!), but sometimes you get really lucky and you get to work with the same family more than once. A few years back, I planned and coordinated Kendra & Aaron’s wedding at their family’s gorgeous property outside of Springfield. When Kendra’s brother Garrett got engaged to Landon, the family contacted me again to plan their September wedding at the same beautiful spot.
The property is an absolute dream, and although it’s not an actual wedding venue it has everything you could possibly need for a picture perfect wedding. It also just so happens that Landon & Garrett are two of the sweetest people ever, so working with them throughout the year and helping plan their wedding was a blast.
I hope you enjoy ogling over these gorgeous photos by Amanda K Photography; I could seriously stare at them all day! I had the hardest time choosing which images to post because I honestly just want to share them all… Landon & Garrett filled their day with so many sweet details and Amanda captured everything so beautifully. Enjoy!
Kendra and Aaron’s daughter, Riley (the groom’s niece) was the flower girl for Garrett & Landon’s wedding as well, and I was just in love with her sweet flower crown and lace dress. Can it get any cuter!?
Good Seed Floral provided the lush and colorful florals for the wedding; I love how they popped against the red bridesmaid dresses.
Landon is so talented, and created many handmade signs for her big day.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any sweeter, the ring bearer (Garrett’s nephew) arrives by wagon with the rings. I wish I could use emojis in my blog posts because… all the heart eyes.
The bride and groom sat in this fabulous double rocker at their head table, adorned with “better together” signs.
Landon & Garrett had a small cutting cake for the two of them, and a delicious dessert bar filled with cookies, cupcakes, pie, and other tasty treats. Guests loved having the variety, there was something for everyone!
And they lived happily ever after… Landon & Garrett, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of such an amazing day!! Wishing you many many years of love & joy. <3
Landon left me the sweetest review, which you can read below:
“where do i even start?! i couldn’t have imagined planning my wedding without becky there to answer all of my questions, concerns and just to give advice. always just an email, text or phone call away! she made sure i didn’t forget the little things, she checked in with all my vendors to make sure everything was good, and kept me on a schedule to where i could get everything done and not be overwhelmed and stressed out.. which during wedding planning thats almost impossible not to be! But she did it, my planning process would have been a total disaster without her! and along with being there for me for almost a year counting up until the wedding, the wedding day she was a blessing! her & her crew set up the entire venue, even better than how i pictured it in my head. she dealt with anything that didn’t go as planned and figured out a way to fix it. she welcomed all the vendors and told them where everything needed to be, and made it to where all i had to do was show up, relax and get ready. she made my wedding day the best day of my life, we couldn’t have done it all without her! if anyone is considering having a wedding planner, DO IT. thank you becky, thank you for making my dream wedding come to life!”
