Anna & Greg’s wedding was a dream to work on from day one; they are a super sweet couple, had chosen a fantastic venue to get married and a super talented photographer, and allowed me to put together a fabulous team of wedding pros to help give them the best day of their lives. Anna and Greg brought me on board about a year before their July wedding so we had plenty of time to plan and to work on making their vision for their wedding a reality.

Jasper House Farm in Pleasant Hill provided the perfect back drop for the rustic chic farmhouse wedding that Anna & Greg were envisioning. They chose a color palette of blush, marsala, ivory, and green. The guys looked super dapper in grey suits with green ties and I loved how Greg stood out with a darker grey suit. I knew that the gals of Good Seed Floral would be able to provide the florals that Anna was dreaming of, and boy did they deliver! Anna was such a stunning bride and her bouquet looked just perfect with her gorgeous lace gown.
What a great looking wedding party!
Signs were an important element to Anna, and she had some super talented and crafty friends who helped create many of the wooden and chalkboard signs for the day. Taylor of Good Seed Floral also did two of the large chalkboard signs for the ceremony details; if you didn’t know, she is great at hand lettering as well!
For wedding favors, Anna & Greg wanted to send their guests home with some of their favorite types of cookies, baked by their own families. We put together this “cookie bar” with takeout boxes for guests to pick and choose from the many delicious options. It was a big hit!
Jasper House Farm has rustic wooden farm tables available which we put end-to-end to create 4 long tables for guests to sit at for the reception. Tables were decorated with marsala table runners and centerpieces in wooden flower boxes that paired perfectly with the tables. Anna ordered these fabulous table number holders below which went perfectly with the woodsy surrounding of the farm. Brianna of Little Arrow created all of the paper goods for the wedding including the lovely table number cards.
The setting of the ceremony was so naturally beautiful that Anna & Greg decided they didn’t need any decor, and I think they definitely made the right choice. When you’re saying “I do” in such a gorgeous spot, you really don’t need to do much!
Anna & Greg asked guests to bring a photo of themselves with the bride and/or groom, and guests hung them up with clothespins on this giant wooden frame that the bride’s dad created. Such a fun idea!
The bride and groom are pizza lovers, so it only made sense to have Hideaway Bakery come out with their wood fired pizza oven and make delicious pizza for all of their guests. So tasty!
Market of Choice created this simple yet gorgeous cake for the couple, and Good Seed adorned it beautifully with flowers.
Anna & Greg’s wedding was absolutely one of the highlights of my summer and I am so glad that I was able to be a part of it. They are seriously one of the sweetest couples and I loved getting to know them throughout the planning process. Thank you Anna & Greg for making my job so incredibly enjoyable! I can’t believe your one year anniversary is coming up in just a few months! <3
Anna was kind enough to leave me this fantastic review:
“Becky was outstanding with planning and coordinating our wedding! We ended up moving away from the Eugene area the year before we got married, and I was in my first year of a new career, so it was a huge help to have Becky to recommend and contact (and follow up with) vendors. We wouldn’t have even known where to start without her! She saved us so much time and stress. It was also great to have a neutral party orchestrating everything so nobody’s family could take over. Becky is a calm presence that takes care of everything without bulldozing anybody. Becky designed the whole set up and decor for the wedding, as well as set everything up (and took it down). My husband didn’t want to pay for a wedding planner, but he was so grateful that we did. Considering how much we relied on Becky, her services are of great value and not expensive. She is extremely flexible, reliable, and fun to work with. She has lots of different services available, and is definitely worth meeting even if you aren’t sure you want a coordinator (but you do).”
