Wedding season is finally winding down, and it’s time for me to get back in to the blogging game! My blog has been pretty neglected these last few months but I am looking forward to sharing all of the beautiful weddings that I’ve been honored to be a part of over the summer.
First up is Kendra and Aaron’s wedding, which was definitely one of the highlights of my summer. It was such a pleasure getting to know Kendra and Aaron and their families, and to be able to put together this absolutely gorgeous wedding for them. I loved having the opportunity to bring some of my very favorite vendors together for this one. Jamie Zanotti Photography, Anastasia Floral Design, Soft Peaks Cakery, Hole in the Wall BBQ, Parties to Go, and Destination Events are just a few of the “dream team” that pulled off this storybook wedding.
Mr. & Mrs. Jordan were married at the bride’s father’s property in Jasper, and it was one incredible location for a wedding. It took my breath away the first time I saw it! They were originally planning on another venue, but I’m so glad they ended up taking advantage of this gorgeous space.
To start off, I wanted to share this beautiful highlight film that Jamie’s husband Cory put together of the day. Did you know that you can hire Jamie and Corey as a duo to capture both your photo and video!?
Now do yourself a favor and enjoy these gorgeous images! It was SO hard to choose which ones to share…I didn’t want to over do it but I can’t help it when there are so many beautiful photos to choose from… no thanks to Jamie! ;)
It was a super hot day in July, and it was so nice having guests seated under this lovely tent. See all those lights? They looked incredible once it got dark!
Anastasia crafted the most lovely, romantic, soft pink and white florals for Kendra and her girls.
There was no shortage of adorable signage at this wedding… I loved all of the unique signs Kendra picked out! The one below is from Simply Elegant Wedding Rentals.
This sweet little girl is Kendra and Aaron’s daughter, Riley. She was THE most precious flower girl I have ever seen. It was so much fun having her around, she always brought a smile to my face!
Riley was a little nervous to go down the aisle, but once I pointed out her daddy waiting for her up at the front, she took off running. My heart just about melted. How sweet is she with her “daddy here comes mommy” sign!?
Kendra’s dad put a lot of work in to making their property immaculate and ready for wedding day. He built the pergola below, as well as a bridge connecting the ceremony area to the reception area!
I was so excited when Kendra said she wanted a floral “J” for their wedding. Anastasia crafted this beauty and I just couldn’t stop staring at it. Obsessed. Every wedding should have one of these, yes?
I had so much fun putting together the backdrop for their cake table! Blush and lace, you really can’t go wrong. :)
Guest favors were a trip through the candy bar to get some delicious treats. I loved the door backdrop and chandelier provided by Country Chic Wedding Rentals.
This fabulous bar was provided by Country Chic as well!
Those lights I was talking about? Yup… amazing.
So glad Jamie captured this evening shot of the cake table display. So lovely!
Thank you to all of the fabulous wedding pros below for helping make Kendra and Aaron’s dream wedding happen and for being awesome to work with!

And thank you Kendra and Aaron for allowing me to be a part of your special day!! It was such an honor, and even though Aaron totally embarrassed me by calling me out to the dance floor and getting everyone to cheer/clap for me… I’m still glad to know you guys. ;) But seriously, I love my job so much and it’s because of people like you.
