Hannah and Austin were married at the Stewart Family Farm in Harrisburg, which if you’ve been following my blog posts you know I LOVE doing weddings out on this wonderful property. Hannah and Austin’s wedding was no exception, and it was a truly beautiful day full of unbelievably sweet moments.
Of all the weddings I did last summer, I think this one definitely brought the most (happy) tears. The bride and groom have the most adorable baby girl, who of course was their darling flower girl. Seeing her in her little flower crown that Kathleen of Gypsy Bleu Florals created was just too much for me haha, especially when I had my own daughter at home who was very close in age to little Riley. Read on to hear more about this lovely wedding and enjoy the gorgeous photos by Emily Hall Photography!
I mean, how sweet is little Riley!? She was just simply the cutest flower girl ever. She was such a happy, content girl most of the day too! I remember she started getting a little fussy before the ceremony was going to begin, but once she laid down in her car seat in the wagon that Hannah’s mom walked down the aisle, she fell right asleep.
Hannah’s father had passed away, and her grandfather was the father figure in her life and the one who walked her down the aisle and who did the grandfather-daughter dance with her. It was so clear that they had a truly special bond, and you could see how proud of her he was by the way he looked at her.
One of the perks to the Stewart Family Farm is that they have a rowboat on site, which makes for some pretty fabulous newlywed photos!
When it was time for the reception, Hannah had planned a super fun entrance for her and Austin which included the bridal party doing “spirit fingers” and the two of them running through the tunnel in to their reception. Everyone loved it!
Sweet Life created their gorgeous four-tiered wedding cake, which was just as tasty as it was beautiful.
I loved the custom monogrammed aisle runner that they had ordered, it was such a fun a detail to personalize the ceremony.
More moments when I was near tears… when Hannah danced with her grandfather. See the way he looks at her? It was such a beautiful moment.
It was such a joy to be a part of Hannah and Austin’s day; their family and friends were so incredibly kind (and I honestly feel like a broken record because I say this about all of my couples – but it’s true), and I am just thankful to work with such wonderful couples.
There was also a super fabulous creative team for this wedding, so be sure to check them out!
