A super sweet couple, a gorgeous location, lots of DIY details, and a perfect summer day equals one incredible wedding!
Alisyn’s parent’s property in Albany, Oregon provided the beautiful back drop for her and Tristan’s wedding on August 6th, 2014. Alisyn and Tristan live in California, and when I met them at the property to do a walk-thru (and met them for the first time), I knew it was going to be such an incredible day. Alisyn and Tristan have been through SO much together, and to see their love persevere through it all is such a testament to everyone they know.
Their wedding was full of sweet details, put together by the bride and her family and friends. They brought a great team of vendors on board including Thistledown Photography, Celebration Florals, Willaby’s Catering (some of the best food I had all summer!), Only the Best Sound, Special Occasions Rentals, Market of Choice, and Kelsey Garrison Bridal Hair Specialist. I absolutely loved working with all of these vendors, everyone came together to create a truly incredible day for Alisyn and Tristan.

The flower girls were SO adorable. As soon as her flower petals were gone, the younger of the two girls ran back up the aisle yelling “I’m out of petals!!” It was pretty hilarious… everyone got a good laugh. :)
Alisyn had her father and her step-father walk her down the aisle, which I thought was super special!
Alisyn and Tristan chose to do a handfasting ceremony, where certain family members and close friends each had a different colored ribbon, which represented a different aspect of marriage, and they laid it over their hands. It was beautiful!

I am a sucker for fun, colorful ties!
The food by Willaby’s Catering was seriously amazing, and like I said, some of the best I had all summer!
Congratulations, Alisyn and Tristan! I absolutely loved being able to coordinate your wedding, it was a beautiful day that I definitely won’t forget.
